Role Overview

Stoney Clover Lane is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Development Associate to join the growing team! This person will be a self-starter with the ability to take initiative and play a critical role in managing the product development lifecycle from tech-pack to PO -- ensuring products meet design intent, quality standards, and launch timelines.

You’ll partner cross-functionally with design, sourcing, production, technical design, collabs, and vendors to bring innovative and high-quality products to market.


What You Will Do

• Retail expertise a must

• Manage end-to-end product development process for assigned categories

• Collaborate closely with design, licensing, and sourcing to translate ideas into executable products

• Own and maintain development calendars with PD coordinator and track key milestones to ensure on-time development and approvals

• Communicate daily with global vendors to monitor sample status, negotiate lead-times, and resolve development issues

• Support production and sourcing by working collaboratively to achieve target costs

• Maintain and update product line plan (dev tracker) and basic BOMs

• Attend cross-functional meetings, capturing and distributing notes & actions as needed

• Partner with tech and production team to ensure products meet required quality and compliance standards

• Develop new packaging with nominated supplier

What You Bring

• 2-4 years of experience in product development or sourcing

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion or business

• Experience working with overseas vendors and knowledge of manufacturing processes

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Netsuite & Adobe Illustrator a plus

• Strong follow-through and accountability

• Proven ability to build and scale teams and processes

• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team

• Establish scalable processes and workflows to support business growth

• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
