We're looking for a Temporary Product Development Specialist who is passionate about skincare, experienced in end-to-end product creation, and has strong relationships with a network of manufacturers and labs.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end product development process for new skincare launches — from ideation, formulation, and testing to packaging and production.
  • Leverage your existing relationships with manufacturers, labs, and raw material suppliers to drive product development timelines forward.
  • Own all aspects of project management — ensuring deadlines, budgets, and product specs are met.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, regulatory, and design teams to align on product positioning, compliance, and go-to-market plans.
  • Stay on top of skincare trends, ingredient innovations, and consumer insights to inform product decisions.
