Job description

Placement Type:
Temporary
Salary:
$30.59-33.99 Hourly
Start Date:
Aug 17, 2026
Join a leading global consumer brand renowned for its innovative approach to product creation and its commitment to quality and design. This organization shapes trends and delights customers worldwide with its diverse product offerings. As a key partner, Aquent is seeking exceptional talent to contribute to their dynamic team.
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in bringing exciting new products to life? We are looking for a passionate and highly organized individual to join a vibrant team, where you will be instrumental in coordinating the entire product development lifecycle. This is your chance to make a tangible impact, ensuring that innovative concepts move seamlessly from initial design to successful execution, delighting customers with every new launch.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate the development of prototype products across seasonal product lines.
  • Track product development timelines, milestones, and execution against key deadlines.
  • Partner with external vendors and internal teams to communicate product development details and resolve issues proactively.
  • Create and maintain essential seasonal product development materials, including composite sheets, classification charts, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate weekly product updates, ensuring information is communicated accurately and on time to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with design, merchandising, production, technical, and vendor partners throughout the development process.
  • Monitor product status diligently and proactively follow up on outstanding items or potential delays to keep projects on track.
  • Help ensure product development information remains accurate, organized, and readily accessible to cross-functional partners.
  • Support the broader product development team with coordination, tracking, and day-to-day execution tasks.

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in product design, product development, apparel, fashion, footwear, accessories, or a related product environment.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating product development activities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience working effectively with external vendors or manufacturing partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple products, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across design, merchandising, production, technical, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Product Development, Fashion, Apparel, Merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience within a major consumer, fashion, apparel, footwear, or lifestyle brand.
  • Familiarity with PLM or other product development/tracking systems.
  • Experience working with seasonal product calendars and product line development.
  • Experience managing samples, prototypes, product specifications, or similar development materials.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for product and brand innovation.

The Ideal Candidate
You are a natural mover and shaker, someone who keeps projects progressing smoothly. Highly organized and inherently proactive, you excel at coordinating intricate details across diverse internal teams and external partners. You anticipate challenges rather than waiting for them to become critical deadlines, consistently following up, communicating with clarity, and ensuring everyone has the necessary information to execute their tasks effectively. If you are passionate about product development and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment, we encourage you to apply and help shape the future of our product lines.
