Are you an organized, detail-driven individual with a passion for product development? This is your chance to make a tangible impact by supporting the intricate journey of bringing new apparel to life! We're looking for a pivotal team member to join a dynamic Product Development team on a project-based contract. In this role, you won't just be supporting; you'll be at the heart of orchestrating development details, ensuring seamless timelines, meticulous sample tracking, and clear vendor communication. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the creation of products that resonate with millions, working behind the scenes to turn innovative concepts into tangible realities.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate the development of prototype products and oversee the entire development process for the product line.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for development details with crucial vendor partners.
  • Generate and maintain seasonal composite sheets and classification charts, ensuring accuracy.
  • Manage the efficient flow of weekly updates to keep composites current for vendors, production, technical design, and merchandising teams.
  • Diligently track development milestones to ensure all execution remains within established timeframes.
  • Facilitate clear and concise communication of design development details across all internal teams.
  • Provide essential support for sample management and data entry within product systems.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Product Development, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0 to 5 years of experience in product design or product development (recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Comfort and proficiency in working with data systems and spreadsheets.
  • A clear and effective communicator capable of aligning multiple internal and external partners.
