Payroll Administrator:
On behalf of our [industry] client, Procom is searching for a Payroll Administrator for a 2 month contract role. This position is onsite at our client's Milwaukee office.
Payroll Administrator - Job Description:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and support employees with pay-related questions. This role is critical to keeping our workforce paid accurately and on time.
Payroll Administrator - Responsibilities:
โ€ข Process bi-weekly/semi-monthly/monthly payroll for [X employees] across [states/regions]
โ€ข Verify timesheets, overtime, PTO, and other pay adjustments for accuracy
โ€ข Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws (FLSA, state-specific regulations)
โ€ข Process new hires, terminations, garnishments, and benefit deductions
โ€ข Reconcile payroll data with HRIS and accounting systems
โ€ข Prepare and file payroll tax reports (federal, state, local)
โ€ข Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and tax withholdings
