Job Title: Payroll Processor โ€“ Manager
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid โ€“ Onsite 3 days/week)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Processor โ€“ Manager to oversee the accurate and timely execution of U.S. and International payroll operations. This role requires strong expertise in payroll compliance, risk management, executive compensation processing, and vendor oversight. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and executive benefits such as PSU and RSU.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end U.S. and International payroll processing

  • Manage on-cycle and off-cycle payroll events, including manual check processing

  • Oversee payroll funding and financial reporting activities

  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, tax regulations, and legal requirements

  • Manage tax payments, reporting, garnishments, W2 processing, and statutory obligations

  • Monitor and test payroll system functionality during system updates

  • Ensure proper payroll documentation and record retention

  • Maintain subject matter expertise in payroll operations and compliance

  • Manage relationships and SLAs with third-party payroll vendors

  • Conduct audits of internal payroll teams and external vendors

  • Ensure executive compensation processing (PSU, RSU) is handled accurately
