What Youโ€™ll Do

Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, you will help ensure payroll accuracy and support key HR operations across the organization. Youโ€™ll join a four-person HR team that works collaboratively, shares responsibilities, and supports one another to get the job done.

Payroll Administration
  • Process payroll accurately by collecting, reviewing, and entering employee data
  • Maintain payroll records, including benefits changes, deductions, transfers, and job status updates
  • Track and verify employee hours and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information
Human Resources Support
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including screening candidates and coordinating onboarding
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records
  • Support HR policies and procedures that protect employees and company assets
  • Assist with safety initiatives, training programs, and the company Wellness Program
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of HR and HR team

What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Previous payroll or HR system experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Valid Florida driverโ€™s license
