Partner Development Manager
Full-Time, Exempt
Location: Remote, Western Territory
Job Overview/Purpose:
This position is a Channel development role with a heavy Channel Partner focus to establish partner relationships with Solution Providers, MSPs, MSSPs and Agent partners. The Partner Development Managers are responsible for growing and developing third party relationships which promote Lumifi Cyberโ€™s Managed Security Services. This team is responsible for all relationship management activities and will serve as the primary point of contact for these channel participants. Responsibilities include developing strong relationships in the channel, generating opportunities, assisting in qualifying sales opportunities, executing strategic go-to-market campaigns, and establishing strong operating procedures with partners.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Meet with account representatives from the channel to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
  • Qualify opportunities that will be routed to one of Lumifiโ€™s technical sales representatives.
  • Track opportunities in Salesforce with Lumifi sales leadership and channel partners.
  • Travel to locations where the channel partnerships reside for in person discussions.
  • Attend all events to promote Lumifi Cyberโ€™s service expansion.
  • Work with Lumifi Cyberโ€™s executive team and Marketing to implement strategies and measure results.
Job Skills and Knowledge:
Essential:
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time within the region you are hired in.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with both the channel partners and Lumifiโ€™s internal sales and marketing teams.
  • Must take both an analytical and creative approach to problem solving.
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Understand the basics of a qualified sales opportunity.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a Business to Business selling environment
  • 4+ years experience in MDR, SIEM, EDR, NDR or SOC-as-a-Service Sales
  • Channel experience a plus but not required
  • Proficient in using CRMs, Salesforce experience a plus but not required
  • Strong written skills and experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
