At Kyndryl, we are looking for a Global Modernization Strategy & Strategic Partnerships - Lead to support the prioritization, execution, and scaling of modernization demand across markets.
This role acts as a key interface between Global Modernization, Consult, outside sales, and strategic partners, helping translate demand signals and consulted inputs into actionable modernization requirements. You will contribute to strategy development and partner-led roadmap execution, supporting proposition shaping, partnership investment alignment, opportunity generation, and the development of a scalable, high impact modernization pipeline.
What You Will Do
  • Support the prioritization and coordination of modernization demand, translating consult-led and market inputs into clear modernization requirements.
  • Act as an interface between Global Modernization and Consult teams, ensuring modernization perspectives are reflected in solution shaping and opportunity development.
  • Support strategy development with strategic partners, including analysis, planning inputs, and coordination of joint initiatives.
  • Contribute to partner-led roadmap development and execution, aligned to client needs and modernization growth priorities.
  • Coordinate across Modernization, Consult, Alliances, and Delivery teams to support execution readiness and alignment.
  • Assist with opportunity development and pipeline support, including tracking inputs, dependencies, partner contributions, and follow-through.
  • Help enable a scalable modernization pipeline by improving visibility, coordination, and cross-functional alignment.

  • 5-10 years of experience in modernization, consulting, alliances, or transformation roles within IT services or technology ecosystems.
  • Working knowledge of application, platform, and infrastructure modernization concepts and partner ecosystems.
  • Experience operating in matrixed, global environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple inputs, priorities, and dependencies effectively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% globally.

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Exposure to strategic partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem-led GTM motions.
  • Experience supporting opportunity shaping, pipeline tracking, or deal support activities.
  • Familiarity with hyperscalers, ISVs, or delivery partners in modernization contexts.
  • Experience working with Consulting, Sales, and Delivery teams in transformation programs.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $179,760 to $341,520 based on a full-time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California (San Francisco Bay Area): $215,640 to $409,800
California (All Other): $197,640 to $375,600
Colorado: $179,760 to $341,520
Massachusetts $179,760 to $375,600
New York City: $215,640 to $409,800
Washington: $197,640 to $375,600
Washington DC: $197,640 to $375,600

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
