Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, recruit, enable and develop strategic vertically focused ISV partners with a strong enterprise mobility value proposition
  • Align with our industry solution team members, product business units, and strategy teams to determine target list of strategic recruits to enable our success in the selected verticals
  • Clearly articulate target markets these companies can address and their value proposition to the customers in that market
  • Focus on ISV Partner success. Maximize ISV partner value with the sales teams and nurture the ISV/Zebra relationship. Enable ISV partner growth, readiness and capability. Position the partner appropriately to sales teams and the vertical market teams within Zebra.
  • Educate partners on Zebra products and offerings on a regular basis.
  • Manage partner and Zebra sales interaction to assure that the ISV is receiving the benefits of working with Zebra.
  • Attain "trusted advisor" status with the partners, help manage partner conflict, support the ISV Program manager with partner feedback, be an advocate for the partner inside of Zebra

Qualifications:
Minimum:
  • Bachelors or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a channel sales or partner management role, focused on developing technology partners
  • Ability to travel 50%
  • Must be located in the Central or Eastern regions of the US

Preferred:
  • Experience in Manufacturing and Transportation and Logistics verticals
  • Working knowledge of channel delivery business models
  • Experience working with software partners
  • Experience in the enterprise mobile computing, scanning, printing and RFID sensor marketplace
  • Salesforce (SFDC) knowledge

Pay Range:
$105,680.00 - $158,520.00 Annual
Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role an opportunity to earn variable compensation in the form of commission for achieving quota, at 25% , in accordance with the terms of the applicable sales incentive plan.
