Job description

Partner Development Representative
Location: Orlando, FL
Work Arrangement: Full-time, in-office
About the Role
This is a fast-moving, high-impact sales role focused on one thing: turning warm partner referrals into real opportunities.
You're not cold calling into the void. Our partners are already sending us leads. Your job is to jump on them quickly, qualify them, run a tight demo, and move them into the pipeline.
Speed matters. Volume matters. And how cleanly you move deals through the funnel really matters.
If you like momentum and hate letting good leads sit around, you'll like this role.
What Success Looks Like
• You consistently convert partner referrals into qualified merchant applications ("Rapids")
• You move fast without sacrificing quality
• You keep the pipeline clean and moving
• Partners trust you because you follow up and close the loop
How you're measured
Qualified applications: Volume of approved merchant applications generated
Conversion rate: Referral → qualified application
Follow-up speed: Speed and consistency of outreach
What You'll Be Doing
Running demos and qualifying inbound leads
• Take demos booked by partners and turn them into real opportunities
• Quickly assess if a merchant is a fit and move forward or move on
• Clearly explain the product and handle questions without overcomplicating it
• Hand off clean, well-documented opportunities to the sales team
Owning long-tail partner relationships
• Stay in touch with partners who don't have a dedicated manager
• Keep Biller Genie top of mind through consistent outreach
• Answer questions, share updates, and make it easy for them to send more business
• Spot partners with growth potential and flag them for expansion
Keeping the funnel tight
• Track every lead from referral to outcome in the CRM
• Stay on top of follow-ups so nothing slips
• Identify where deals stall and help fix it
• Share weekly numbers and insights with the team
What We're Looking For
• 1-3 years in sales, BD, or customer-facing roles (SaaS or fintech is a plus)
• Comfortable running demos and thinking on your feet
• Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
• Organized and disciplined... you can handle volume without chaos
• Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Self-starter who doesn't wait around for direction
• Team player who follows process and communicates
What We Offer:
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans
  • 401k with up to 4% company match
  • Flexible open paid time off (PTO)

Our Mission: To provide an automated A/R platform that seamlessly integrates existing business processes for the SMB market.
