Business Development Manager / Healthcare Sales Representative – Home Care (Outside Sales)

Healthcare sales professionals, home health marketers, and medical sales representatives are encouraged to apply.

BrightStar Care is hiring a driven Business Development Manager to grow referral relationships and generate new business for non-medical home care and skilled private duty nursing services.

This Business Development Manager position is a true outside sales / healthcare sales role for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building referral partnerships, and is motivated to grow territory revenue.

The Business Development Manager will focus on developing relationships with referral sources and promoting BrightStar Care’s home care services across the healthcare community.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
  • Generate new business through outside sales, cold calling, and in-person visits

  • Build referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners

  • Promote private duty nursing and non-medical caregiver services

  • Develop and manage referral sources within your assigned sales territory

  • Track leads, referrals, and sales activity

  • Attend networking events, healthcare meetings, and community marketing opportunities

  • Represent BrightStar Care in the healthcare community and strengthen referral partnerships
