Job Title: Resort Sales & Business Development Associate

Position Overview:
Caribbean All-Inclusive Resort is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Resort Sales & Business Development Associate based in Miami office to support and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, marketing coordination, and partner development. This role blends sales execution with marketing support and business development responsibilities, making it ideal for a motivated professional looking to build a career in hospitality sales and marketing. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute resort sales strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and brand awareness
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives
  • Assist in managing rate loading, inventory updates, and system accuracy within property management systems (PMS)
  • Analyze performance data and prepare reports using Excel and other tools
  • Deliver presentations to internal teams, partners, and prospective clients
  • Represent the resort at industry events, trade/consumer shows, and networking opportunities (travel required)
  • Ensure all sales and marketing materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven working knowledge of resort sales and marketing operations
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with formulas and production worksheets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Canva is a plus
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Familiarity with resort property management systems and experience loading rates is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
