  • Conduct structured outreach including call blocks, email sequences, QBR preparation, and targeted campaigns aligned with Channel priorities.ย
  • Identifyย opportunities to increase partner activation, including cross-sell and upsell motions, co-sell with Microsoft, and recurring service packages.ย
  • Educate partners on AvePoint's product portfolio, licensing models, promotions, and use cases.ย
  • Support partners by providing sales resources,ย assistingย with trial set up, aligning technical experts when needed, and managing follow-through on opportunities.ย
  • Track partner activity, funnel health, and pipeline progression using CRM and reporting tools.ย
  • Collaborate with US-based Channel Directors and Partner Development Managers to ensure consistent execution, communication, and alignment on priorities.ย
  • Prepare, update, and deliver performance reports, partner summaries, and internal readouts to leadership.ย
  • Execute programmatic motions such as webinars, email campaigns, nurture journeys, and partner onboarding tasks.ย

Qualifications & Experienceย

  • 3+ย years of experience in channel sales, partner management,ย partner success,ย inside sales, or customer-facing roles in a SaaS environment.ย
  • Familiarity with MSP business models and the Microsoft cloud ecosystem and Google.ย
  • Experience managing a high volume of accounts in an inside-sales or scaled-engagement environment.ย
  • Strong French verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with Canada-based teams and partners.ย

Day-to-Day Expectationsย

  • Conduct structured outreach cadences to partners (calls, emails, LinkedIn).ย
  • Maintain an active pipeline withย timelyย updates and follow-through.ย
  • Create partner summaries, track enablement progress, and prepare internal updates.ย
  • Collaborate with NA Channel Sales team on campaigns, priorities, and escalations.ย
  • Support partnerย webinarย attendance, certifications, and training sessions.ย
  • Drive partner awareness and usage of AvePoint resources including Partner Portal, campaigns, and marketing tools.ย

Required Skillsย

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.ย
  • Ability to manage high-volume partner coverage.ย
  • Confidence in leading partner conversations and drivingย nextย steps.ย
  • Business development mindset with attention to detail.ย
  • Ability to synthesize information into actionable insights.ย
  • Exceptional listeningย skills, highly empathetic to partner needs and perspectives.ย

Preferred Experienceย

  • Experience supporting partners in the Microsoft, Google, or AWS ecosystems.ย
  • Priorย exposure to Channel Sales KPIs such as partner activation, pipeline creation, QBRs, and co-sell motions.ย
