Job description

The Partner Development Manager, Cloud Alliances, owns and scales strategic partnerships with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft to drive measurable revenue impact through partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. This role operationalizes the partner ecosystem, increases partner tier and designation standing, builds repeatable co-sell and co-marketing motions, and turns certifications, competencies, incentives, and marketplace programs into real opportunities and closed deals.
This role is not a general sales position and not a pure marketing role. It is a senior partner operator and relationship manager who can work inside Amazon AWS and Microsoft partner programs, navigate partner portals and requirements, engage partner field teams credibly, and coordinate internal execution across sales, solutions architecture, delivery leadership, and marketing. The goal is simple: to make partnerships produce a consistent pipeline and revenue while strengthening partner status through certifications and program achievements.
