About the Role
We are seeking a mid-level Program Manager with 3 to 7 years of partner- or customer-facing experience to manage a diverse portfolio of partners across the AMER region, with additional scope in EMEA. In this role, you will own partner relationships across Tier 1 through Tier 3 accounts, ranging in maturity and tenure. You will navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments, collaborate cross-functionally across internal teams, and drive commercial success while keeping projects and teams accountable.
This role requires occasional travel to industry events, partner sites, and our San Francisco office (if not local). Candidates with backgrounds in Payments/Fintech, Seller-Facing eCommerce/Marketplaces, or adjacent verticals like Insurance, Customer Loyalty, and Rewards programs are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio & Relationship Management: Own and nurture a dedicated portfolio of Tier 1-Tier 3 partners across AMER and EMEA, serving as the primary point of contact for complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams to align priorities, solve operational challenges, and deliver high-value outcomes for partners.
  • Accountability & Execution: Establish structured processes to manage partner deliverables, keeping both internal partners and external stakeholders accountable to key milestones.
  • Commercial Growth: Drive engagement, retention, and strategic growth across your portfolio, balancing partner needs with company objectives.
  • Travel & Representation: Represent the company at partner meetings, industry events, and team onsites in San Francisco as needed.
What you will bring
  • 3-7 years of experience in a partner-facing or customer-facing role owning a portfolio/book of business.
  • Proven track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder relationships across organizations.
  • Industry experience in Payments/Fintech, eCommerce/Marketplaces, or adjacent fields (such as Insurance, Optional Insurance, Customer Loyalty, or Reward Programs). Insurance experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across multiple business functions and internal teams.
  • Experience managing partners across varying tiers of maturity and operational complexity.

*The salary for this role starts at $125,000 + bonus
