Job description

SBP is looking for an outgoing, motivated, community-minded Studio Growth Manager to help grow our studios and introduce more people to the SBP community.

This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, building relationships, and creating opportunities for business growth as well as a passion for fitness. The Studio Growth Manager will focus on attracting new clients, developing community partnerships, supporting local marketing efforts, and helping turn prospective clients into long-term SBP members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, hotels, employers, and community partners
  • Develop creative ways to introduce new clients to SBP Pilates & Barre
  • Follow up with prospective and new clients and help convert them into memberships or packages
  • Support studio promotions, events, grand openings, and community outreach
  • Identify partnership, referral, and cross-promotional opportunities
  • Help coordinate local marketing and grassroots outreach
  • Represent SBP at Chamber, community, networking, and promotional events
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and help strengthen overall client retention
  • Work closely with ownership to develop and execute studio growth initiatives
