Job description

As a Partner Sales Manager on the Partner Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by engaging with our strategic channel partners and selling Weave's products and services into the dental space.
  • This role will report to the Manager of Partner Sales
  • This role will be hybrid onsite
    What You Will Own
    Channel Partner Collaboration:
    • Work closely with partner territory reps to convert qualified leads into closed deals.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the partner's sales teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and strategies.
    • Work with partners to co-create sales and marketing materials, lead generation strategies, and ensure they have the resources they need to effectively sell Weave.

    Sales Execution:
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless handoff from lead generation to customer acquisition.
    • Present and demonstrate Weave's suite of products and services to potential customers, articulating value propositions and differentiators tailored to their needs.
    • Close sales and meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.

    Revenue Growth and Lead Management:
    • Collaborate with Account Executives and partners to maximize revenue per lead and ensure efficient lead conversion.
    • Leverage Salesforce to track pipeline activity, forecast sales, and report on progress toward quotas.

    Relationship Building & Retention:
    • Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
    • Proactively identify client needs and present Weave's solutions to meet those needs, ensuring long-term success and retention.

    Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Regularly communicate with internal teams (e.g., sales, business development, customer success) to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
    • Participate in team meetings to share insights, challenges, and best practices, contributing to the team's overall success.

    Sales Training & Development:
    • Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training, team collaboration, and personal initiative.
    • Stay up-to-date on Weave's latest product features, sales processes, and industry trends.

    What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
    • 2+ years of experience in a SaaS sales role (or channel sales, preferably with SMB-focused SaaS products).
    • Proven ability to sell in a channel sales environment, working closely with partners and territory reps.
    • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
    • Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) for pipeline management, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Proficiency in Zoom (or similar video conferencing tools) for virtual meetings and product demonstrations.

    What Will Make Us Love You
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
    • Experience in the dental industry is a plus, but not required.
    • Previous experience in channel sales or a partner-led sales model is highly preferred.
