Primary Responsibilities
  • Own and grow the Conga partnership, acting as the primary relationship manager to strengthen alignment and expand joint revenue opportunities.

  • Develop and execute a high-impact partner sales strategy that drives pipeline growth, accelerates deal velocity, and achieves annual targets for Conga (+Pros B2B) solutions.

  • Build trusted relationships with Conga sales teams, partner leaders, solutions consultants, and customer success stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

  • Generate joint pipeline by driving co-selling motions, uncovering new opportunities, and positioning Forsys + Conga’s combined value propositions.

  • Lead QBRs/MBRs with Conga to track KPIs, surface challenges, and continuously improve partnership performance.

  • Boost Forsys brand visibility within Conga through enablement sessions, internal evangelism, strategic event participation, and collaborative marketing activities.

  • Partner closely with Forsys Field Sales and the Conga Practice Team to ensure strategic alignment, accurate forecasting, and strong delivery readiness.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to create co-marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and content that amplify joint go-to-market initiatives.

  • Deliver partner intelligence and market insights to Forsys leadership, solutions teams, and practice owners to guide GTM strategy and competitive positioning.

  • Optimize partner lifecycle processes, including opportunity registration, pipeline governance, joint account planning, and deal management.

  • Enable internal sales teams with Conga product knowledge, value messaging, and joint-solution positioning to support deal success.

  • Champion the Conga alliance internally, promoting cross-functional alignment across Sales, Delivery, Pre-Sales, and Marketing.

  • Interacts with senior management levels at clients and within Forsys, determines pursuit strategies, partner/client messaging plans and relationships, and applies industry-leading strategies and practices.

About you 

  • 5+ years of experience in partner sales, channel/alliances, or business development.

  • Experience working within the Conga, Pros, Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, QTC, or RevOps ecosystem (Conga experience strongly preferred).

  • Proven track record of driving partnerled pipeline, co-selling motions, and achieving quota.

  • Strong ability to build and maintain executive & field-level relationships with partner organizations.

  • Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, delivery, and pre-sales teams in a fastpaced environment.

  • Solid understanding of SaaS sales cycles, gotomarket strategy, and revenue operations processes.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholdermanagement skills.

  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities with experience using CRM tools

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate with an entrepreneurial, growthoriented mindset.

  • MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
