Position / Title: Partner Sales Director

Kore.ai provides a compelling opportunity for Sales Professionals with a proven track record of building successful technology partnerships to exceed sales quota. We aim to build an organization of visionary and ambitious Partner Sales Directors committed to transforming customer and employee experiences through technology partners who embed or integrate with Conversational, Generative and Agentic AI.

Role Description

The ideal candidate will be well‑versed in partnerships, business development or selling enterprise software into Enterprise markets. The Partner Sales Director is responsible for developing a designated territory and concentrating on building and fostering partnerships during the entire technology adoption journey with Kore.ai. The individual must be passionate about technology and technology trends, particularly conversational, generative and agentic AI platform development and customer & employee engagement automation, as they evangelize within their partner’s organization.

Your Impact
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets from sell‑through and sell‑with sales motions
  • Accurate forecasting and territory planning
  • Transform partner’s business while generating new revenue streams with conversational, generative & agentic AI and ML technology
  • Achieve new revenue for Kore.ai with new and existing partners who showcase our capabilities in various markets, apps, industries, and use cases
  • Structure creative pricing and financial models to maximize revenue while driving long‑term partner success
  • Account mapping and deal coordination for collaborative field sales from marketplace app listings
  • Designing, executing, and closing on technical and GTM joint value partnership campaigns
  • Advocating for and spearheading demand generation and awareness marketing for and with partners to reach territory goals
Must Have Skills
  • Minimum 10+ years of combined experience in business development, major account or strategic sales
  • Strong familiarity with CCAAS and B2B cloud marketplace go‑to‑market; AI and ML technology preferred
  • Diligently manage opportunities with Kore.ai sales teams and be the go‑to expert for partners’ business and solutions in your territory
  • Work cross‑functionally across Partner Marketing, Partner Enablement, Product Management, and Sales teams of both Kore.ai and partners
  • Manage and report business through accurate forecasting, stakeholder updates, and quarterly business reviews
  • Well versed in a number of partner groups: Channel, ISV, TSD, SI, Resellers, etc.
  • Accountable with a sense of urgency and capable of leading teams by influence
  • Proven track record of consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong bias to action and excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting technical and business value to C‑level executives
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including articulating a clear, concise ROI value statement
  • Comfortable working with business and highly technical leaders while influencing their understanding and building supportive partnerships
  • Demonstrated track record of managing business forecasts and financial models
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an appetite to define processes and build programs
  • Account planning and execution, strong time & priority management skills
  • Proven ability to lead and assist in business case development with partners
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Currently residing in the east coast and near a major airport required
