About the Role

Payzli is building out its partner channel and we are looking for an experienced Director of Partner Sales to lead that effort. This is a senior, high-ownership role responsible for recruiting and growing Payzli's partner network across three segments: 1099 agents and ISOs, bank partnerships, and ISVs.

In addition to driving channel growth directly, you will build and manage a team of Partner Sales employees setting strategy, establishing process, and holding the team accountable to results. This role reports to senior leadership and has a direct impact on Payzli's revenue trajectory.


What You'll Own

Channel Development

  • Recruit and grow Payzli's partner network across agents/ISOs, bank partnerships, and ISV relationships
  • Own the full partner lifecycle from prospecting and signing
  • Build and maintain a strong personal pipeline leveraging your existing industry network
  • Coordinate with the Partner Success team to drive partner activation and long-term performance

Team Leadership

  • Build, hire, and manage a team of Partner Sales Representatives
  • Set individual and team quotas, establish reporting cadences, and drive accountability
  • Coach and develop team members to consistently hit recruitment and activation targets
  • Create scalable processes for prospecting, pipeline management, and partner onboarding handoff

How Success Is Measured

  • Partner Recruitment: New signed partners across agents/ISOs, banks, and ISVs on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Partner Activation: Partners reaching active processing status within 90 days of signing
  • Team Performance: Your team's collective pipeline, recruitment output, and activation rates


What We're Looking For

  • Established experience in payments, fintech, or merchant services an existing network of agents, ISOs, bank contacts, or ISV relationships is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record recruiting and managing channel partners at scale
  • Prior experience building or managing a sales team
  • Strong pipeline discipline with the ability to manage a high-volume, multi-segment book of prospects
  • Clear, professional communicator comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and external partners
  • HubSpot or equivalent CRM proficiency preferred

Compensation
This is a W-2 position offering a competitive base salary plus a revenue override incentive tied to the performance of your recruited partner portfolio. The more your partners produce, the more you earn. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
