Job description

Job Title: Partner Sales Executive Demand Generation
Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite Minimum 4 Days/Week)
Experience: 0 2 Years (Entry Level / Early Career Professionals)

Role Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Partner Sales Executives to drive demand generation initiatives for our Cloud, AI, and Data partner ecosystem in the U.S. market. The role involves prospect engagement, pipeline generation, partner collaboration, and supporting business growth initiatives within strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive demand generation activities for Cloud, AI, and Data partner solutions.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers in the U.S. market.
  • Execute outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other engagement channels.
  • Collaborate with partner ecosystems and internal sales teams to build and expand pipeline opportunities.
  • Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for partner sales teams.
  • Research target accounts, industry trends, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity tracking in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with leadership teams to support sales campaigns and partner-driven growth initiatives.
  • Represent the organization professionally while interacting with customers and partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently engage U.S.-based prospects and customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Fast learner with the ability to understand technology offerings quickly.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and customer engagement activities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to work from the San Jose office at least 4 days per week.
  • Commitment to supporting business growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or master s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Exposure to Cloud, AI, Data, or enterprise technology solutions is preferred.
  • Prior experience or internships in sales, demand generation, partner sales, or business development is an added advantage.
