Job description

Parloa’s mission is to make every customer conversation feel effortless for both customers and the companies serving them. As agentic AI accelerates, Parloans are shaping the foundation of a new era in customer experience — one where customer support is no longer transactions, but meaningful exchanges.

It is not just a vision; Parloa has powered over ONE BILLION interactions between global enterprise brands and their customers, with companies like Booking.com, Allianz, SAP, BarmeniaGothaer and TUI already deploying Parloa at scale.

About the role:

Parloa is transforming customer experience through AI-powered agents. As enterprises adopt agentic AI at scale, technology partnerships have become a critical driver of growth, enabling customers to seamlessly integrate AI into their existing enterprise ecosystems and accelerating joint go-to-market opportunities.

As the Partner Sales Manager - Technology, you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic technology alliances across North America, including cloud providers and other technology partners. You will be responsible for developing joint go-to-market strategies, driving co-sell motions, enabling partner organizations, and creating measurable pipeline through strategic collaboration.

You will serve as the primary field-facing partner leader, aligning closely with the respective Global Partner Leads, Parloa Sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams while building strong executive and field relationships across partner organizations.

Success in this role requires someone who understands how enterprise technology ecosystems operate, knows how to navigate matrixed partner organizations, and can translate strategic partnerships into measurable revenue.

This is your opportunity to build strategic technology alliances, shape Parloa’s ecosystem strategy across North America, and accelerate enterprise AI adoption through joint innovation and co-selling.

Areas of ownership:
  • Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of strategic technology partners, including cloud providers, global and regional technology partners.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans focused on pipeline creation, revenue growth, enablement, marketing, and executive alignment.
  • Build strong field relationships with partner sales teams, alliance managers, solution architects, and regional leadership to drive day-to-day collaboration.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through account mapping, co-selling, joint customer engagement, and opportunity planning.
  • Identify, develop, and scale repeatable joint offerings and solution plays that increase customer adoption of Parloa.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to maximize partner impact.
  • Enable partners to confidently position, demonstrate, and recommend Parloa within broader enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Support strategic global technology alliances, ensuring strong regional alignment while leveraging global partnership strategies.
  • Track partner performance, pipeline, and joint business objectives, providing clear reporting and recommendations for continued growth.
  • Gather market intelligence and partner feedback to influence ecosystem strategy, product priorities, and go-to-market investments.
What Success Looks Like
  • Strong partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across North America.
  • Increased joint opportunities with technology partners.
  • High partner engagement through enablement, executive alignment, and joint GTM initiatives.
  • Repeatable co-sell motions that improve deal velocity and enterprise win rates.
  • Strategic partner relationships that drive long-term revenue growth and ecosystem expansion.
Who you are:
  • 5+ years of experience in technology partnerships, strategic alliances, ecosystem management, or enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Experience managing strategic technology partnerships with cloud providers, enterprise software vendors, Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), or large consulting organizations.
  • Demonstrated success building partner-generated pipeline and executing joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Experience working closely with enterprise sales organizations on complex co-sell opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems, including cloud platforms, AI, CX, CRM, CCaaS, or adjacent enterprise software.
  • Comfortable navigating large, matrixed partner organizations and building relationships from executive leadership to field sales.
  • Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience partnering with organizations such as Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Databricks, or similar is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI, customer experience, contact center technologies, or enterprise automation platforms is a strong plus.
Location & Travel
  • North America based, remote or hybrid depending on location
  • Travel expected at approximately 25 to 40 percent
Why Parloa?

We’re at the beginning of a new era in customer experience, one where AI doesn’t just respond, but understands, reasons, and takes action. We’re building agentic AI that enterprises trust with their most important customer moments: complex questions, high volumes, real stakes. When millions of people reach out to a brand, those interactions aren’t just support tickets; they’re defining experiences. We’re here to raise the standard: making every conversation seamless, intelligent, and genuinely helpful. If you care about shaping how businesses and customers connect at scale and want your work to matter in real, everyday moments, this is where you do it.

At Parloa, ownership isn’t a buzzword; it means being accountable for outcomes, not just tasks. We operate in a category that’s evolving fast, where the bar is high, and the problems are complex. We hire people who think in solutions, communicate with clarity, and follow through. People who are comfortable making decisions, taking responsibility, and raising the standard for themselves and those around them.

We’ve grown beyond the earliest startup phase, but we’ve kept the intensity: fast execution, direct feedback, and a strong expectation to contribute meaningfully from day one.

Backed by leading global investors like General Catalyst, EQT Ventures, and Altimeter Capital, we’re scaling with a clear ambition: to become the global category leader in enterprise-grade conversational AI.

Compensation for this role is structured as On-Target Earnings (OTE), consisting of a base salary and performance-based variable component, in addition to an equity package.

Salary Range

$163,000 - $186,000 USD

Parloa is committed to upholding the highest data protection standards for our clients' and employees' data. All our employees are instrumental in ensuring the utmost care, GDPR, and ISO compliance, including ISO 27001, in handling sensitive information.

* We provide equal opportunities to all qualified applicants regardless race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, national origin, disability status, socioeconomic background and other characteristics.
