As a GSI Partner Sales Manager at Check Point, you will own and grow strategic relationships with Global System Integrators across the Americas. This role is responsible for driving joint pipeline, revenue growth, and executive alignment with assigned GSIs, while working closely with Check Point field sales, product, and marketing teams to accelerate enterprise adoption of Check Point's security platform.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy and joint business plan for assigned Global System Integrator(s)
  • Own the overall GSI relationship, building strong executivelevel partnerships and securing executive sponsorship
  • Drive partnersourced and partnerinfluenced pipeline and revenue across enterprise accounts
  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Coordinate account strategy and joint pursuits with Check Point field sales, systems engineering, and leadership
  • Present Check Point's platform and value proposition in executivelevel, valueled conversations
  • Lead complex deal strategy, including partner alignment, deal structure, and contractual negotiations
  • Identify new enterprise opportunities, expansion use cases, and routestomarket with the GSI
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, and Sales Leadership to execute joint gotomarket initiatives
  • Proactively identify competitive threats and position Check Point effectively within GSIled opportunities
  • Travel up to 50% across the Americas

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales or partner sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise IT
  • Demonstrated success working with Global System Integrators and complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of GSI business models, servicesled selling, and influencebased motions
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue and pipeline goals
  • Executivelevel presence with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical, datadriven mindset with strong forecasting discipline
  • Selfmotivated, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a matrixed environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $130,000 - $180,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
