What You’ll Handle

Multi Clean is hiring a Bilingual Receptionist to keep our front office running smoothly and ensure every caller and visitor is helped promptly and professionally. You’ll be the first point of contact and a key support for the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phones, route calls, and greet/direct visitors
- Translate between English and Spanish as needed
- Provide clerical support (typing, copying, faxing) and basic MS Word/Excel/email tasks
- Create and maintain files and filing systems; organize employment applications
- Keep the reception area neat, accurate, and confidential
Required qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and translating)
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work well with others
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
