Job description

We are a small, fast-paced warehouse office conveniently located in Jersey City, near the Liberty Science Center. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate is someone who works well independently, stays organized in a busy environment, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service.


Responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service by phone and email
  • Scheduling service appointments and coordinating daily work assignments
  • Arranging and tracking pickups and deliveries
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation
  • Preparing and organizing paperwork and data entry
  • Communicating with customers, vendors, and drivers to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assisting with general office and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
