If this describes you, then you might be a great fit for GO Riteway's Operations Supervisor position for our Cambridge school bus terminal!
An Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and creating the most efficient route path for the most timely and safe execution for the Cambridge/Deerfield/Johnson Creek School Districts. Responsibilities include overseeing and maintaining school bus routes throughout the school year, processing changes/updates to the routes, complying with Federal and State DOT requirements, organizing paperwork and filing, maintain records and logs, payroll preparation and utilizing routing system for operational purposes.
The Operations Supervisor will also manage the team who carries out working plans and systems for school bus, charters, and other requested transportation that contributes to safe, on-time and consistent service to school districts, businesses and the general public.

A strong working knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software programs.

Prior experience in a routing role.
