Position Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones
  • Organizing paperwork in shop
  • Ordering parts and inventory
  • Maintaining work flow in shop
  • Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles' repairs
  • Coordinating transportation services
  • Delivering a high level of customer service
  • Following up with customer regarding their experience and soliciting reviews
