Personal Assistant / Household Operations Manager

Manhattan and Hamptons (occasional in season)

A private family is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Personal Assistant / Household Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day household operations, personal logistics, travel coordination, vendor management, and special projects.

This is a hands-on role for a resourceful professional who enjoys creating order, solving problems, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple residences and family activities. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted extension of the principals, managing vendors, household systems, travel arrangements, records, personal errands, and lifestyle support with exceptional discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage household operations, vendors, maintenance projects, and service providers
  • Coordinate personal and family calendars, appointments, and travel logistics
  • Oversee household documentation, records, and organizational systems
  • Support personal errands, vehicle management, gifting, shopping, and special events
  • Coordinate with household staff, family office personnel, and external partners
