Job description

Go-Staff is always in need of adding great Housekeepers and Housemen. These individuals ensure the highest possible level of guest satisfaction by exceeding their cleanliness expectations. Our housekeepers/housemen are responsible for the cleanliness of guest units as well as any common areas assigned. Housekeepers/housemen should be able to:

  • Work efficiently by cleaning guest units, common areas, break room, guest laundry, vending and any other assigned areas.
  • Promote a friendly atmosphere
  • Demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing an exceptional experience for our guests and employees.
  • Meet company standards for cleanliness in guest units and common areas.
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping cart and storage rooms.
  • Reports maintenance issues to supervisor or manager immediately.
  • Follow lost and found procedures by tagging and turning in all lost items to management.
  • Offers guest assistance that meets and exceeds company standards whenever needed.
  • Complies with all company safety and security policies.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
