A busy healthcare clinic is seeking a professional and organized Patient Services Coordinator to support reception, patient registration, insurance verification, payment processing, and day-to-day front office operations. The Patient Services Coordinator will serve as a primary point of contact for patients and help create an efficient, welcoming, and professional experience throughout each visit.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and provide a courteous, professional first impression
  • Complete patient check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
  • Distribute registration forms and collect required patient information and documentation
  • Obtain, scan, and upload insurance cards, identification, and other necessary records
  • Register new patients and update demographic, contact, and insurance information for existing patients
  • Confirm insurance coverage and eligibility in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collect copays, outstanding balances, service fees, and other patient payments
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions according to clinic procedures
  • Respond to routine billing questions, payment concerns, and account inquiries
