We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Position Summary:

As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial buildings. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

   •   Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose HVAC system issues in commercial buildings.

   •   Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations on a variety of HVAC equipment, including chillers, air handlers, and rooftop units.

   •   Ensure all work complies with safety standards, industry codes, and company policies.

   •   Communicate effectively with clients, explaining issues and providing recommendations for repairs or upgrades.

   •   Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.

   •   Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies, and best practices.

   •   Provide emergency repair services as part of an on-call rotation schedule.

Qualifications:

   •   Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician, preferably in a commercial setting.

   •   Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components.

   •   EPA certification required; additional certifications (NATE, OSHA) are a plus.

   •   Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

   •   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

   •   Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

   •   Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
