Job description

Responsibilities

  • You will be working directly under the Head of the HVAC department
  • Serve as a dynamic part of the HVAC team and be responsible for customer service
  • Answer phone calls/emails and take action accordingly
  • Daily organization and scheduling appointments for our 10 technicians in the field
  • Source and order parts/equipment as needed in a timely manor
  • Work with the operations team to understand priorities and communicate with customer
  • Proactively communicate with clients about upcoming jobs, schedule changes
  • At the end of the day, notify clients of activities that were done/status updates on their projects
  • Schedule HVAC maintenance visits and supervise team on-site
  • Address clients concern in a timely manner and take appropriate action to resolving issues
  • Promote client satisfaction by proving excellent customer service
  • Coordinate internal activities (ordering materials and equipment for jobs, schedule HVAC related jobs and appointments)
  • Develop and maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with clients and third parties

Skills

  • Basic HVAC knowledge
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is required
  • Positive attitude and focused on customer service
  • Able to work independently as well as part of our HVAC team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong Computer Skills (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

  • Some Quickbooks/tsheets experience
  • Must be organized, and able to manage multiple projects

Job type: full-time 8:45 - 4:45pm - ON SITE

Benefits: 5 paid vacation days and 5 paid sick days
