Job DescriptionThe Learning and Development Manager is responsible for the delivery of bespoke training programs that align with Auberge Resorts Collection initiatives and collaborations. This individual will be the training Ambassador on property to ensure that all departments are aligned and focused on their particular training needs. Serving as a facilitator, the L&D Manager will put their unique spin on existing training programs as well as focus on the professional development of each team member on property. Â
