Job Title: National Manager, TOCA Training
Reports To: Sr. Director, Programs amp; Player Experience
Location: Dallas, TX
Hours Required: Full-Time, Exempt
Travel: 80%
About the Role
Training programs represent the core of TOCA’s player development philosophy.
We are seeking a National Manager, TOCA Training to build and evolve a best-in-class player development environment across all TOCA Centers. This role will own training curriculum, progression models, and coaching standards to ensure players consistently improve while staying engaged long term.
You will lead the development of scalable training systems, support coaches across the network, and ensure alignment with TOCA’s overall player pathway and development philosophy.
Your Game Plan
Curriculum Development amp; Player Pathway (40%)
  • Design and implement training curriculum and structured progression models across all levels
  • Ensure alignment with TOCA’s player development philosophy and long-term athlete development principles
  • Build clear pathways from introductory training to advanced performance programs
  • Continuously refine curriculum based on performance data, feedback, and player outcomes
Coach Development amp; Field Execution (35%)
  • Train and support coaches and training leaders across TOCA Centers
  • Establish coaching standards, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent delivery
  • Provide ongoing education, feedback, and development opportunities for training staff
  • Ensure training sessions are engaging, structured, and aligned across all locations
Program Performance amp; Player Retention (25%)
  • Monitor participation trends and identify opportunities to grow and improve training programs
  • Drive player retention through effective programming and clear development progression
  • Track player development outcomes and ensure measurable improvement over time
  • Partner with field and growth teams to enhance program performance and player experience
Qualifications amp; Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in coaching, player development, or training program leadership
  • Experience designing and implementing structured training curriculum and progression models
  • Strong understanding of player development frameworks and coaching methodologies
  • Experience training and developing coaches across multiple locations
  • Ability to analyze performance and participation data to improve program outcomes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for soccer and developing players at all levels
