Overview

Multi-Family Office with growing multi-billion dollar AUM seeks a Global Head of Strategy Development to build and lead our investment offering. Global focus with client offices in the US and Asia.

Highlights

  • Lead product development for a global multi-family office, build a platform that gives ultra-high-net-worth families access to sought-after investment managers, unique funds, desirable themes, and direct investments.
  • Source and conduct due diligence on public and private market strategies and managers across asset classes inclusive of liquid and illiquid investments. Core allocations include public equities and debt, hedge funds, private equity, private credit, real estate, and commodities.
  • Serve as a client-facing product expert and originator with a pulse on the investment solutions adding most value to entrepreneurs and their families. Align strategies with our endowment approach to investing.
  • Ongoing interaction with clients and advisors. Actively develop, support, and sell our strategies by understanding the investments, client needs, and portfolio fit. Provide ongoing management, commentary and performance updates to advisors and clients.
  • Compensation consists of a $250,000 base salary with significant bonus potential.
  • Bonus based on revenue generated with additional incentives for sourcing external capital.

Requirements

  1. 10+ years’ experience investing, structuring solutions, and evaluating products for families, ultra-high net worth clients, endowments, foundations, and wealth platforms.
  2. Experience sourcing, structuring, and performing due diligence on managers and funds across all asset classes especially alternatives.
  3. Background developing and managing global investment strategies and solutions. Passion to search the world for superior opportunities. Knowledge of best-in-class US and Asian managers.
