This role leads the strategic development of learning initiatives, partners closely with business leaders to identify capability gaps, and ensures learning solutions are aligned to organizational priorities.
This position is based in the Houston, TX headquarters and requires travel for in person learning events and collaboration with regional teams and partners approximately 25%.
