Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 annual salary (US Dollars)

Position Summary
The Director, Corporate Learning & Workforce Development is responsible for leading the enterprise learning strategy supporting corporate functions and key business transformation initiatives. This role partners with executive leadership to identify capability needs, strengthen organizational readiness, and deliver scalable learning solutions that improve business performance.
The Director leads learning professionals across multiple teams and oversees the design, development, and execution of programs that support capability development, employee growth, and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute ABM's enterprise learning and capability-building strategy for corporate functions and transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with executive and functional leaders to identify workforce capability gaps and learning priorities aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop learning teams while establishing clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
  • Oversee the portfolio of corporate learning programs, ensuring resources are effectively aligned to business priorities.
  • Design and implement learning solutions that support organizational readiness, change adoption, and employee performance.
  • Evaluate and implement learning technologies, tools, and platforms that improve scalability and learner experience.
  • Manage relationships with external learning vendors and strategic partners.
  • Establish standards for instructional design, content quality, branding, and learner engagement.
  • Utilize learning analytics and performance data to measure effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Stay current on industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices to enhance ABM's learning strategy.

Scope
  • Enterprise learning responsibility supporting corporate functions and transformation initiatives across a workforce of more than 130,000 team members.
  • Oversight of a portfolio of corporate learning and strategic transformation programs.
  • Leadership of internal learning teams and management of external learning partners and vendors.
  • Responsibility for prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery of enterprise learning initiatives.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in learning and development, talent development, instructional design, or workforce capability programs.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide learning, organizational change, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning measurement frameworks.
  • Experience leading teams and influencing senior leaders across complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience leveraging learning metrics and performance data.

Preferred
  • Experience within facilities services, integrated services, engineering services, construction, healthcare support services, or related industries.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, VenU, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with learning development tools including Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia, and other eLearning technologies.
  • Experience supporting large, dispersed, frontline workforces.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and modern learning technologies.
