Job description

We are working with our client to locate a Training Coordinator to provide administrative and logistical support for a corporate learning program. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys coordinating training operations, managing learning records, and ensuring a seamless experience for learners and facilitators.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and generate reports from the organization's learning management system (LMS).
  • Coordinate classroom logistics, including onsite room setup approximately once per week in Dublin, Ohio.
  • Track vendor invoices and assist with administrative processing.
  • Send pre-written learner communications and respond to participant logistics questions.
  • Print, assemble, and organize training materials.
  • Maintain inventory of training materials and supplies.
  • Support evolving training operations and provide additional coordination assistance as needed.


Start Date: Mid-to-late August

Duration: Initial 3-month engagement with a strong likelihood of extension

Hours: Up to 20 hours per week

Location: Hybrid; onsite approximately one day per week in Dublin, OH, for classroom setup, with the remainder of the work completed remotely.


Experience Required:

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating instructor-led training (ILT) classes or corporate training events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple administrative tasks.
  • Must provide your own laptop.
  • A background check is required for the selected consultant.

The pay range for this is $25.00 to $35.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
