We're looking for a Learning & Development Partner who turns complex information into engaging training that people actually enjoy and remember. You'll partner with leaders and subject matter experts to create training content, facilitate learning sessions, and build resources that support our teams — a hands-on role spanning content creation, delivery, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Create clear, engaging training materials that simplify complex processes
  • Partner with leaders and SMEs to research and translate real-world workflows into training content
  • Develop presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, SOPs, videos, quizzes, and other learning resources
  • Design visually engaging, brand-aligned materials
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions that drive participation and retention
  • Manage training logistics, timelines, and stakeholder communication
  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date library of training materials
  • Update content based on learner feedback and business changes
  • Use AI, Google Workspace, and learning technologies to create and deliver training
  • Track participation and feedback to improve future sessions
