Admin Assistant / Front Desk

Benefits: Free uniforms, opportunity for advancement, training & development

Number of open positions: 2 Schedule: Monday-Friday 2 shifts available, morning and evening shift

Responsibilities:

  • Greet parents, children, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage phone calls and respond to enrollment and program inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate student attendance
  • Coordinate schedules for meetings, events, and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Handle filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
  • Keep the front desk organized, welcoming, and family-friendly.
  • Paper printing, laminating etc.
  • Availability to open and close the school.
  • Other job responsibilities based on school's requirements as assigned by the Director

Requirements:

  • English speaking is required
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands:
