They will need to be familiar with the training program and process for corporate hourly and salaried employees and franchisees.Learning Manager Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Act as Playa Bowls Brand Ambassador to uphold all Playa Bowls brand standards.Partner with new store opening team to conduct on-the-job training at new store openings and support new franchisees from their onboarding through openings.Facilitate and Deliver on-the-job training for new Franchisees/LicenseesSchedule and support corporate General Manager training programs, including, but not limited to, schedule and lead RAD days for Managers in Training.Suggest enhancements to existing training programs while developing new programs, materials and job aids to meet instructional and informational needs.Develop programs, materials and job aids designed to meet identified instructional/informational needs, including training for new staff and refresher training for experienced staff to meet the operational needs of the organization.Will act as a coach and facilitator to learner groups and individuals in accordance with training programs strategies and objectives.Collaborate with functional areas and organizational leaders to assess ongoing and future training and developmental needs, and effectiveness of established programs.Conduct site learning evaluations with Corporate/Franchisee/Licensee locations to foster improved learning performance and provide written communication to locations, in a timely manner regarding visits and evaluationsFacilitate and deliver virtual training classes for Corporate/Franchisee/Licensee teams using effective learning practice and completing necessary payroll for classes.Create additional training content and/or any other learning projects that may arise.Requirements of a Learning Manager include, but are not limited to:Ability to build strong working relationships with Corporate/Franchisee/Licensee teamsAbility to work independently and adapt to changing environments.Must be willing and able to travel up to 75% of the time as needed or required for new store openings, restaurant visitation, scheduled meetings, or company functions, otherwise work is completed in a home office setting.Must be able to conduct virtual training classes in a fun, engaging manor.Must be available to work nights and weekends.Must be able to work from home in a quiet environment free from distractions.Be proficient in Canva, Google Meet, Google Slides and Google Forms.Excellent communication skills; both written and oral, as well as listening skillsAbility to multi-task, have strong organization skills, and be detail mindedProven ability to manage conflict and change managementPersonality traits include: smart, friendly, outgoing, passion for our business and brands, strong follow up, empathy, and committed
