If you are passionate about technology, love mentoring others, and want a role where your ideas directly shape company growth, we want to invest in you!

Why Join Us?

  • The Best of Both Worlds: Enjoy a hybrid schedule combining the comfort of working from home during administrative periods with the high energy of in-person classroom instruction.
  • Rapid Career Growth: We use our 90-day onboarding period to set you up for long-term executive success. Successful completion opens the door to a revised compensation rate and an official, long-term employment agreement.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: From company-sponsored health insurance to robust paid time off and continuous professional development reimbursements, we build packages that support your life inside and outside of work.

Position Overview

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Enjoy a balanced workday with an unpaid 30-minute lunch and two fully paid 15-minute breaks to recharge.
  • Work Location: Hybrid flexibility! Tackle your administrative, marketing, and scheduling tasks from home during slower operational windows, combined with afternoon travel to local, rewarding school sites across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Program Quality & Operations Management

  • Multi-Site Leadership: Oversee daily operations across multiple school sites, ensuring our signature high-quality, safe, and engaging environment is delivered everywhere.
  • Logistics & Organization: Own the operational puzzle! Build and maintain seamless, digital task-tracking systems for our instructional staff, manage scheduling, and keep logistics running smoothly.
  • Agile Problem Solving: Stay ahead of the curve by managing program inventory, adapting to fast-paced schedule changes, and ensuring uninterrupted excellence.

Staff Mentorship & Instructional Excellence

  • Team Growth: Shape our culture by recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training the brightest new instructional talent in Orlando.
  • Coaching & Professional Development: Step into a true leadership role by observing instructors in the field and providing the constructive coaching and mentorship they need to thrive.
  • Lead by Example: Stay connected to the magic of the classroom by personally instructing engaging engineering, robotics, and coding programs (typically 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM).

Community Engagement & Brand Building

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as the trusted, enthusiastic face of Robokids Club, building deep relationships with school administrators, parents, and community partners.
  • Creative Marketing: Unleash your creativity by capturing photos/videos of programs to develop compelling social media content and marketing materials that drive brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Educational Passion: A strong background or passionate interest in K-12 education, instructional support, or STEM concepts (robotics, coding, engineering).
  • Natural Leadership: Experience or interest in mentoring, coaching, or managing a team.
  • Organized & Adaptable: Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Polished Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to resolve customer inquiries with warmth, sincerity, and professionalism.
  • On-the-Road Readiness: Reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel to regional school sites for afternoon classes (departure times are flexible to ensure a stress-free commute).

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive Starting Pay: $20.00/hour during an initial 90-day onboarding and training period.
  • Clear Path to Advancement: Post-probation evaluations transition you into an official long-term employment contract with an immediate opportunity for a revised, higher compensation rate. Annual performance reviews ensure your pay grows as our business grows!
  • Health & Wellness: Eligible for health insurance options following the successful completion of the onboarding period.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 1 week of paid time off annually, scaling up to 2 weeks total as you grow your tenure with us (earning an extra day for each completed year of service).
  • 12 Paid Holidays: Celebrate and rest with paid time off for New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Juneteenth Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
