Program Manager
Location: Kansas City, Missouri (Remote)
Role Overview
As a Program Manager, you will support the end-to-end implementation of retirement capabilities, working closely with internal teams and external partners. This role involves translating business objectives into executable plans, managing vendor implementations, and delivering a cohesive, customer-centric retirement experience. Success in this position requires strong relationship-building skills, empathy, and a high-energy personality to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the end-to-end integration of retirement partners, including APIs, onboarding flows, and data exchange.
  • Support cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Tax, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Develop and manage project plans aligned with the partnership roadmap, including readiness for key capability rollouts.
  • Consolidate end-to-end customer journeys across platforms, including onboarding and contributions.
  • Identify and track mitigations for risks across technical integration, tax implications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the execution of the retirement learning agenda by helping teams evaluate key questions related to adoption and engagement.
  • Deliver status reporting and executive updates on progress, risks, and integration readiness.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of project management experience. Demonstrated experience managing third-party partnerships, technical integrations, and vendor implementations from contract through deployment. Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional programs with both internal teams and external partners.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project. Knowledge of ADO and Excel is desired.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
