Job Summary
We are seeking a highly capable and structured leader to manage our Expanded Learning (After School) Program. This role requires a candidate who can establish clear systems, maintain strong student behavior expectations, and deliver an engaging, well-organized program that balances academic support with enriching activities.
This is a hands-on leadership role. The selected candidate must demonstrate prior success managing student behavior, supervising staff or groups of students, and implementing structured programming in a school or youth setting.
Position Overview
The Expanded Learning Program Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the after-school program, including student supervision, behavior management, activity planning, and staff coordination. This individual ensures the program runs safely, smoothly, and in alignment with school expectations.
