We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager, you will lead and support the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives that enhance the customer experience, drive retention, and improve operational efficiency across the SaaS customer lifecycle.
As a key member of the CSO team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Your focus will be on day-to-day task management, cross-functional coordination, and issue resolution to ensure project success.
What You'll Do:
  • Initiative Ownership & Execution: Owns the planning, coordination, and execution of specific GCO initiatives within defined scpe, timeline, anod budget.
  • Creation and management of the plans for moving projects, initiatives and technical operations solutions to final implementation and hand-off, helping to prioritize for maximum impact.
  • Manage and track each project, at time multiple projects, and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure on time delivery of projects. Includes building and maintaining detailed project plans, monitoring milestones and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and to standard.
  • Develop project reporting and governance structures, meeting cadences, and review guidelines that lead to the successful implementation of projects and initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Team Alignment: Assemble and co-ordinate the internal, extended, and external teams to gain consensus on deliverables from each team member in alignment with the overarching project/initiative objectives.
  • Provides regular updates, status reports and risk assessments to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across all involved teams.
  • Risk and Change Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and devise contingency plansโ€ข
  • Communication and Reporting: Own the communication and execution of project/initiative hand-over to services and other team members at designated milestones, as well as owning the narrative of the project to Senior Leadership on milestones and updates.

What You Know:
  • 5+ years as a Project Manager in a SaaS environment or organization. examples: technology, high-growth B2B environments, etc.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects involving teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Skilled in defining project scopes, building timelines, tracking milestones, and coordinating stakeholders.
  • Ability to proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive resolutions in a structured and timely manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, Monday.com, Jira, or similar.
  • PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Project / Program Management.
  • Experience with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success.
  • Experience with Jira / Asana / Airtable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.

Compensation Band:
$130k to $135k/annum plus benefits
