We're looking for a Sr Program Manager to lead the implementation of our new software solution for the rental industry. This is a key position that will directly report to the Head of Rental Operations and play a pivotal role in the successful integration and deployment of our new software solution technology at airports and rental locations across the US.
A day in the life and how you'll make an impact:
  • Plan, schedule, and track all software solution deployment projects, working closely with the central Operations team, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain software project charters, budgets, and risk management logs; escalate any issues early to keep the software Implementation on time and within budget.
  • Ensure consistent communication with all teams involved in the project, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
  • Map, document, and optimize Salesforce workflows related to the software solution implementation, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Work closely with the Rental Operations team to ensure proper integration of software solutions into rental site operations.
  • Assist in ensuring data integrity and the smooth flow of information between software platforms and internal systems.
  • Certify all rental sites as they go live with the new app, providing continuous support and updates to training materials as processes evolve.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts for the software solution, gathering feedback from rental locations, troubleshooting issues, and making enhancements to optimize performance.
  • Track app usage, troubleshoot problems, and monitor feedback to ensure the solution is consistently improving the rental process.
  • Regularly report on project status, usage metrics, and revenue-related data (such as new damage and acknowledgment rates), while also recommending improvements and exploring creative ways to increase revenue.
  • Work closely with the Director of Car Rental Operations and other departments to ensure that the software app is aligned with business goals and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team to monitor client satisfaction and address any challenges or concerns that may arise during the implementation phase.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management,
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, particularly in technology implementation, preferably in a multi-location environment.
  • Proven experience in managing technology rollouts or system integrations, especially in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Strong attention to detail, with an ability to track project progress, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management capabilities with proven experience in risk management, timeline tracking, and budget control. Familiarity with Salesforce, particularly CRM workflows and tools, is essential for effectively managing and integrating customer-related processes.
  • Familiarity with applications and experience in implementing technology solutions at scale.
  • Experience with workflow management and process optimization is highly desired.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems and implement solutions (Can-do approach).
  • Available to travel around 30% of the time to sites.
  • Experience in the car rental industry or a related field is a plus.

Compensation:
UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000.
