FOCUSPOINT is seeking a skilled UKG (Kronos) End User Trainer for one of our healthcare clients.

This role is ideal for training professionals who enjoy travel and have hands-on experience supporting UKG/Kronos system rollouts and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site and virtual training to end users on UKG (Kronos) systems

  • Develop and update training materials and job aids

  • Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation assistance

  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to understand user needs

  • Collect feedback to improve training effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Experience training on UKG (Kronos) systems within a healthcare setting
