MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. Bachelor's degree OR;

High school diploma AND four (4) years of administrative experience.

EXPERIENCE

1. One (1) year of experience in office management, administrative support, and project coordination, or related experience.

1. Assigns work and prioritizes tasks of all support /office staff to ensure the best customer service.

2. Supervises office staff by maintaining Kronos, monitoring educational needs, and reviewing performance as needed.

3. Provides direction to scheduling staff.

4. Acts as primary point of contact for all departments.

5. Directs work of office staff to ensure accurate, complete, and appropriate delivery of messages.

6. Provides training to administrative staff.

7. Manages daily, monthly, and yearly schedule.

8. Directs and coordinates all meetings and special events for the department.

9. Prepares slides, agendas, and meeting minutes with high level of confidentiality.

10. Ensures budget is within guidelines and provides all reconciliations in a timely manner.

11. Serves as liaison for clinical staff, residents, fellows, and faculty for inpatient consult service.

12. Gathers statistics, completes reports and performs other duties as scheduled or requested.

13. Handles patient/family or staff complaints, investigates complaint and makes recommendations on appropriate resolutions.

14. Efficiently coordinates resolution of problems with other departments as monitored by manager or director.
