Develops and grows relationships with assigned large regional or national accounts. Cultivates effective working relationships with representatives of key accounts and utilizes knowledge of customer requirements, products and services to recommend mutually beneficial solutions.
* Represents the company to assigned key accounts. Interacts and communicates with the customer on a regular basis to determine changing needs and preferences. Communicates competitive advantage to customer contacts.
* Follows up to ensure that product and service requirements are fulfilled on a timely basis.
* Identifies issues and potential concerns with the relationship and works to rectify. Investigates to resolve customer complaints within established guidelines or escalates to management for resolution.
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field and six (6) years sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
