Department: HOLT Truck (TRUCK)
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: HTT - San Antonio
Description
Responsible for the retention and continued growth of assigned key accounts. Primary focus will be to meet and exceed targeted annual growth while providing Legendary Customer Service. This position collaborates with various departments throughout the organization to develop strategic ways to provide positive customer experience and proactively seek out opportunities to increase brand value. This role leverages the resources across HOLT Truck Centers and dealer partners to provide leadership directly to our customers and ensure their fleets are exceeding all uptime targets while maximizing owning and operating costs.
The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily:
  1. Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values;
  2. Collaborate with key internal/external resources;
  3. Participate in ongoing self-development.

Essential Functions
  • Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission.
  • Cultivate, manage, and maintain relationships for key customer accounts at all levels within the customer's organization.
  • Prospecting, developing, and maintaining relationships within the customer's internal team and key stakeholders.
  • Visit job sites and collaborate with customers acting as a consultant to help them solve problems and succeed in their business.
  • Cultivate, manage, and maintain relationships with supporting dealers to enable execution of commissioning and product support of customer equipment.
  • Regularly works with multiple OEMs across all leadership levels.
  • Manages regularly scheduled customer update meetings in person and virtually.
  • Collaborates with leadership to identify Enterprise opportunities for revenue gain within customer base and executes said targets.
  • Serves as the company "expert" on each assigned account and serves as a liaison to facilitate all efforts to provide a positive customer experience.
  • Performs regular health checks with customers in effort to maintain a robust partnership.
  • Efficiently and consistently meets/exceeds Targeted Annual Growth and Portfolio Health Target Goals for assigned customer accounts.
  • Collaborates with leadership to perform business reviews of portfolio with the customer.
  • Assist commissioning project management team by providing technical support and consolidated customer communication.
  • Creates value with safety initiatives in alignment with customers.
  • Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Performs other duties assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Expert knowledge of electric power generationtruck powertrain and electrical systems.
  • Expert knowledge of selling techniques (prospecting, overcoming objections, closing sales.) communication techniques (rapport building, in-person, digital).
  • Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Understands the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with some college coursework or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Four to six years of work-related skills, knowledge, or experience is required.

Travel:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Up to 70% and overnight travel required.

Physical Requirements:
  • This position involves extended periods in a stationary position; additionally, occasional movement inside the office to access office machinery, file cabinets, etc.
  • This role frequently communicates with others, must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Work Environment:
  • This job is generally performed in a retail and office environment; exposure to computer screens; exposure to noise, dust, grease, fumes, gases, heat, cold, and inclement weather conditions.
  • Frequently works at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions.
