Be the voice of the customer! As a Customer Account Representative, you'll manage key accounts, drive satisfaction, and make decisions that impact both customers and business results while growing your expertise in a dynamic industry.
Pay : $23
Schedule : M-F 1 st shift
Type of Job : Contract to Permanent

Customer Account Representative Daily Tasks: What you will do:
  • The Customer Account Rep plays a key role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of assigned business customers.
  • This role requires a mix of relationship management, problem-solving, and business acumen.
  • You will act as the primary advocate for customers, representing their needs while also promoting company products and services.
  • The CAP is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and fostering long-term, trusted partnerships.
  • This position is ideal for someone eager to develop expertise in distribution and advance within the organization.
  • Daily responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for customers, supporting order management, and ensuring key deliverables are met.
  • The role involves making informed decisions that balance customer satisfaction with the company's financial and operational objectives.
  • All work must comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and the company's code of conduct.

Customer Account Representative Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in customer service with a focus on managing dedicated customer accounts.
  • At least 3 years of B2B service experience, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience in distribution and/or the chemical industry is highly desirable.
